Mr Khor Kai Fu currently serves on the Board of Directors of Chin Hin Group Property Berhad and Chin Hin Construction Engineering Sdn Bhd. He was appointed as the Executive Director of Chin Hin Construction Engineering in year 2021 and re-designated as the Group Chief Executive Officer in November 2024. Additionally, he has been the Executive Director of Chin Hin Group Property Berhad since April 2023. His experience and contributions in the property development and construction industry span over 15 years.
Mr Khor began his academic journey at the Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARC) in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management from 2004-2007. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction Management from Sheffield Hallam University in 2008. His passion for the industry led him to begin his career with Zalam Corporation Sdn Bhd as a Quantity Surveyor in the year 2008 and then he ventured into the world of business, joining Juarakon Sdn Bhd in 2012 in the field of construction. In 2014, Mr Khor took on a new role as General Manager at Oriental Interest Berhad (OIB), delving into the construction and property development operations.
Mr Khor was then nominated as the Executive Director representing Chin Hin Group Property Berhad during the merger and acquisition (M&A) activities in 2021, then he continued to serve in the position with the company. Mr. Khor currently sits on the Board of Chin Hin Construction Engineering’s subsidiaries, including Chin Hin Construction Engineering Sdn Bhd, Kayangan Kemas Sdn Bhd, Makna Setia Sdn Bhd etc, where he continues lending his professionalism in the field of Property and Construction.
With over a decade of hands-on leadership experience, Mr Khor brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to any environment or project he is involved in and for the Chin Hin Property & Construction Engineering Group. Mr Khor is tasked with the key strategic planning and decision-making with the group business plan, ensuring the group direction is aligned with the group vision. Besides, he is also responsible for bringing in new business development, leading Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) activities, and initiating the digital transformation in the group businesses. A major part of his role would be to prepare the corporatization of all construction-related businesses in the Chin Hin Group to ensure they are ready for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) for listing in Bursa Malaysia at the appropriate time.
Mr Khor Kai Fu has no conviction for any offenses within the past 5 years other than traffic offenses, if any, nor any public sanction or penalty imposed by the relevant regulatory bodies during his career journey.
