Data Peribadi yang diberikan oleh anda boleh dikumpul, digunakan, dan diproses untuk pelbagai tujuan, termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada:
- Mengurus komunikasi berkaitan projek dan kemas kini, termasuk pemberitahuan mengenai pencapaian projek, keperluan kesihatan dan keselamatan, dan pematuhan peraturan;

- Memaklumkan pelanggan mengenai projek baru, perkhidmatan, atau peluang kerjasama dalam industri kejuruteraan pembinaan; dan
- Analisis statistik, penyelidikan, dan penanda aras untuk jaminan kualiti dan peningkatan projek.
Ini juga membolehkan kami menghantar maklumat mengenai produk atau perkhidmatan yang ditawarkan oleh pihak ketiga terpilih yang mungkin memberi manfaat kepada pelanggan dalam bidang kejuruteraan pembinaan. CHCE akan mengekalkan kawalan ke atas Data Peribadi anda dan tidak akan mendedahkannya kepada pihak ketiga tanpa kebenaran terdahulu.
Pendedahan
Data Peribadi yang diberikan kepada kami akan dirahsiakan, setiap masa, kecuali untuk kategori pihak berikut yang mana anda telah memberikan persetujuan dan telah dengan jelas bersetuju:

- Pembeli sebenar atau bakal pembeli sekiranya CHCE membuat keputusan untuk melupuskan sebahagian atau keseluruhan perniagaannya.
